Dave, Scottow is a senior consultant at AveraOpEx with advanced skills leading, teaching and mentoring in all aspects of business and process improvement.  For the past four years he has helped clients see their businesses through the lens of customer value and realize dramatic improvements. 

Prior to joining AveraOpEx, Dave served in the position of CEO for a regional manufacturer, after 20 years of progressive career broadening and guiding his management teams to substantially improve operations, quality, sales and financial performance at multi-million dollar corporations.

Using disciplined manufacturing, financial and organizational methods most notably Lean manufacturing he has helped turn around financially troubled operations, hasten growth and make good organizations stronger.

Dave received his Bachelors of Science degree in Biology from Texas Christian University, after which he spent 5 years as an Air Force officer.
