AveraOpEx reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a program because of an insufficient number of registrants or other unforeseen circumstances.
Cancellations made prior to registration deadline:
Cancellations made prior to the deadline will have $100 deducted from the original registration fee for processing costs.
Cancellations made after the registration deadline:
Cancellations made after the registration deadline will have $200 deducted from the originial registration fee for processing and other costs incurred as a result of the late cancellation.
Substitutions and Rescheduling
If the registrant is unable to make the originally scheduled seminar they may apply their registration to a future seminar or send a substitution in their place.
