AveraOpEx System Overview
- This four-hour session will include an introduction to The AveraOpEx System and how it has benefited other facilities. You will learn the implementation strategies and methodologies that have been developed over years of successful implementations.
Champion Training
- This one-day session will give leaders the tools and information to help make implementations successful.
Supervisor / Manager Training
- This two-day session will help prepare managers and supervisors to lead frontline staff through the changes that result from implementations. This training is included with full scale implementations; however, it can be offered by itself.
AveraOpEx Team Training
- This session is five days of intense training for those on the implementation team. Team members will learn concepts, principles, analysis software, techniques, problem solving, and project management skills that will be vital both during and after implementation.
LEAN Leadership Development
