LEAN Operational Assessments Can Benefit Your Organization

Our assessment is an important tool to evaluate how an AveraOpEx LEAN implementation can potentially benefit your organization. As part of this assessment, we’ll develop a strategy, identify the best place to start and determine the level of support needed to carry out a successful implementation. Four categories - Organization, Systems, Tools and Techniques, and Metrics - form the foundation for a broad-based approach to a LEAN culture which engages the entire organization in the drive to eliminate waste. In conducting our assessment, we’ll randomly interview staff in representative positions during an on-site visit, and collect data about your processes. Results are then compiled, analyzed and reported back to your leadership.
